University of Miami Mishandles Retirement Plan

In a proposed class-action lawsuit, the University of Miami is being accused of mishandling a nearly $1 billion retirement plan. Represented by Chad A. Justice of Justice for Justice LLC, Brandon J. Hill and Luis A. Cabassa of Wenzel Fenton Cabassa PA, and Michael C. McKay, over 16,000 plan participants and beneficiaries claimed that "the university didn't properly scrutinize or even understand the costs they were shouldering for administrative services, which they said caused them to pay high fees."
